Common questions
How long does a pergola take to build?
Most standard pergolas go up in two to four days once materials are on site, plus cure time for footings.
What wood do you use?
Western red cedar is our default for looks and rot resistance. Pressure-treated pine is available as a budget option.
Can you attach it to my house?
Yes. We build both attached and freestanding pergolas and flash attached ledgers properly to keep water out.
Do you handle HOA approval?
We provide drawings and material specs you can submit, and we'll work around your approval timeline.
