1. Services

Sterling Fence Staining provides premium fence staining, sealing, and restoration services in Houston, TX and surrounding areas, including The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Cinco Ranch, Memorial, River Oaks, Bellaire, and Jersey Village. All work is subject to a separate written estimate and/or service agreement.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and a visual inspection. Final pricing may change if conditions on-site differ materially from what was described. Promotional discounts (such as seasonal offers) cannot be combined with other offers unless stated in writing.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Weather

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

4. Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, working water spigots, and to remove or secure fragile items, vehicles, pets, and outdoor electronics in the work area. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed defects, improperly secured items, or improperly sealed windows/doors.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated on your invoice. Late or unpaid balances may incur interest and collection costs to the extent permitted by law.

6. Satisfaction and Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional charge. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, oxidation, etching, or damage caused by age, prior chemical exposure, or improper construction.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile phone number to Sterling Fence Staining, you agree to the following SMS terms in addition to our Privacy Policy:

• Program purpose: Sterling Fence Staining sends transactional and conversational text messages, including quote responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, follow-ups, invoicing, and (with separate opt-in) promotional offers.
